Genital Wart Health Remedy

Genital Wart Health Remedy

• Keep your immune system strong with vitamin supplements and by eating right.

• Practice proper hygiene habits and do not share any intimate items like underwear, towels, bath cloths / sponges and so on.

• Avoid having sex as this could lead to them contracting HPV and it could also worsen your case of warts.

• Avoid synthetic underwear and tight clothing. Choose cotton instead and wear comfortable clothes to avoid further irritation.

• Consume various foods that contain beta carotene and have antiseptic properties. Examples include beets, radish, tomatoes, spinach and cabbage.

• Onion or garlic juice can be applied to the affected area (external only) by means of a clean cotton swap. You can add a pinch of salt to the juice too. This will help control the warts from spreading but remember that the salt may cause some burning.

• Apple or cider vinegar can also be applied in the same way as the onion juice to control the spread of the genital warts. While you’re at it, pour yourself a glass of water and add 2 teaspoons of cider vinegar. Drinking this solution will help you fight off those warts.

• Apply Vitamin E oil to the affected area only after they have dried up sufficiently. This will aid in the healing process. Use a cotton ball to apply.

• Aloe Vera has remarkable healing and soothing properties. It is a popular remedy for many skin issues including genital warts. Apply with a cotton ball.

• Consume plenty of Vitamin C, Echinacea, garlic, papaya and pineapple to boost your immune system and help kill off those warts.
